This year, we are focused on one powerful goal: creating a safer, more secure campus for our kids, every single day.

Picture this for a second...recess in the upper parking lot is full of energy, laughter, and nonstop motion. Balls fly in every direction, and yes, sometimes into our neighbors' yards. We make it work with recess monitors and a simple chain, but we have outgrown these temporary fixes. Now, we have the opportunity to come together and do it right.

In addition to the upper parking lot, we have identified a few key projects that will create meaningful improvements across campus and support the safety and well-being of all of our students. 

Three simple upgrades. One big impact.

Welcoming families in — with a video monitor and buzzer system that allows us to safely welcome visitors inside the exterior doors up by the gym (and yes, finally out of the rain during events and school gatherings) all from the control center / the school front desk. 

Knowing who's on campus — with a digital check-in system for the front office that is simple, secure, and built for how schools operate today. 

Creating space for kids to play freely — with beautiful new fencing and roll-across gates that keep kids safe from traffic at recess and with the added benefit of keeping balls out of our neighbors' yards.

Our Goal: $290,000

• $20K — "Open the Door": Gym door entry with a smart buzzer system
• $30K — "Know Who's Here": Add a digital, secure check-in/check-out system
• $160K — "Safe to Play": Begin enclosing key play areas
• $290K — "Fully Enclosed Play Spaces": Complete fencing across campus
• $290K+ — "Light the Way" (Stretch Goal): Expand safety into the evening with added lighting on the upper parking lot

This is one of those MAD asks that you'll see at recess, feel at pickup, and appreciate at every event.
